Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer based in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

The 14‑day cancellation period starts on the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.

How to Start a Return

To make things easy, please use our online Returns Form:

• Go to the Customer Service section in the footer of the store
• Select “Returns” and complete the return form

This ensures your request is logged correctly and processed as quickly as possible.

If you do not receive a reply within 2 working days, please email admin@racelogic.de so we can assist you promptly.

What Information We Need

When submitting a return request, please ensure you include:

• Your order number
• Your name and delivery address
• The items you wish to return
• The reason for return (optional, but helpful)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions, so the goods can be checked back into stock.

Returning the Goods

• Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation
• You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping
• Items should be returned unused and in their original condition, where possible

You are only liable for any reduction in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Refunds

• We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice
• We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned
• Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise

Please note: Any extra delivery costs paid for express or non‑standard shipping are non‑refundable.
