RACELOGIC may contact you occasionally to ask you to take part in a survey, in order to enable us to review, develop and improve our services. We use Survey Monkey's website to host our surveys. Your survey responses, including any personal data provided, will only be used by RACELOGIC for the purposes stated within this Privacy and Security statement. We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help us work more efficiently and to improve our services to you. This includes:

• AI-powered customer support tools to help answer your enquiries
• AI assistants to help our staff draft communications and analyse information
• AI tools to help us improve our products and services

When we use AI tools, your data is processed by trusted service providers acting on our behalf under strict contractual terms (Data Processing Agreements). These providers are required to protect your data and process it only according to our instructions. Your data is not used to train AI models unless we have a specific agreement with you to do so.
